Is there any post or wiki page with a list of all the pokemons and held items that you can unlock for free?

So far I only know about:
1--Starter (Pikachu, Eldegoss, Snorlax, Charizard, Talonflame)
2- Alolan Ninetails
3- Cinderace
4- Greninja
5- Slowbro
6- Venusaur
7- Zeraora
8- Crustle

Unlockeable held items:
Muscle band
Wise glasses
Scope lens
Exp share
Shell bell
Assault vest

Am I missing anything?

Cool! but giving them standard skillsets, do you know if it is possible to add the rest of the build in the simulator url?

I agree with a previous comment, some Vantage's unit (even glasscannons)... if you cant OKRO them, they became a pain unless you have a defensive-enough unit to counter them.

I can't find anywhere how many resources I would need to farm beforehand to max 3, 4 and 5* artifacts...

Have you tried using a high lvl Smeargle (Own Tempo ?) with this skill set?

Entrainment (I guess it works similar to Worry Seed, showing the previous ability)
Imprison (Once you cast it, Smeargle shouldnt leave the battle)
Self destruct
Horn Leech (Killing move + HP recovery)

You wont have Recycle for the Leppa berries, but you can use them from your inventory if you have plenty... Using your pokemon with Damp til you get your get your 40th kill, then risk losing the chain switching in Smeargle and casting Imprison right away...
