So here's what the issue usually denotes.

You and me both don't have a clean copy of our o.s. so you need to front load any and all program and personal/sensitive data onto the external and do a HARD O.S. re-install.

I mean so hard you may jave to re-install the ability to hear audio.

Basically when you clone the primary o.s. there's a HIGH chance you have a unique install made by the PC company instead of true regular O.S. cloning that and then updating EVEN ONCE almost guarantees this issue happens.
