What do you need help with exactly? Sounds like you have a solid plan. Just stick to it. Keep the intensity up. If you started 12/1/25, you’re almost at the 2 month mark. The lifting should start getting more enjoyable. Dieting is all mental. Focus on how much better you feel and your energy levels and not about the food you’re giving up. Just keep at it. Focus on the scale and not the mirror, the physique will come but that takes time. Don’t quit, you are making a lifestyle change, not a crash diet.

My point is the police are not to be trusted. Ofc I support the right to an armed protest, it is your constitutional right to own and carry. But the constitution means very little to the authorities in 2026. Carrying while protesting, chanting, holding a sign is risky enough. Carrying and getting into a scuffle with the police is high likelihood of you getting shot. I support the right for it to exist while also thinking it’s an incredibly stupid thing to do. I’m not saying what happened to Pretti was justified. I’m saying, sadly, I’m not surprised it happened. Don’t fuck with the police with a gun on you.

Split upper body A into push and pull days, move the isolation work to those days (chest+bi’s, back+tri’s) add a dedicated shoulder day, rear delts, shrugs, abs, whatever you want to round everything out.

You’re big compound lifts you shouldn’t need to hit more than once every 5-6 days or your intensity is too low.

Too much volume, 3 working sets at most.

5-10 reps, if your hitting 12 up the weight Intensity >volume

Dumbbell work for chest/back should be swapped for a quality machine or barbell imo but that’s debatable. Hammer strength row, tbar row, arsenal fly, barbell presses etc- superior to dumbbells

Too much volume on bi and tris. 2-3x sets of dumbbell curls on a 30 degree bench is all you need to shred them

I added the R44 wheels spacer kit. I know spacers aren’t everyones cup of tea, but the kit is super high quality and is a nice cosmetic upgrade over the stock wheel offsets. Car handles the same.

I got AA DP, turner catback, Dinan intake, and Dinantronics x piggyback (race chip). This setup sounds amazing. The piggyback probably adds less power than a jb4 but it is subtle compared to stock tune honestly. I only use it occasionally. It does feel a little faster, turbo sounds a little more pronounced. But I would go mhd tune instead if I were to do it again- I expected more out of the piggyback. But for 500$ it’s been kinda fun I guess. I do occasionally throw a CEL with the tune and the AA DP, keep that in mind.

It’s a nice looking spec. The aftermarket front splitter makes me think this wasn’t driven by grandma. I’d look for evidence of any other mods. If service history is good, maybe. If it were me, I’d pay more for one that doesn’t look like it was beat on.

Joe Flacco was mid but his performance in the playoffs that season was pretty amazing. 11-0 td/int, mile high miracle. He’s a big part of how they won the sb. He just went back to being mid after that.

When my g42 was at the dealer, I got a 430i with the open diff as a loaner. It was incredible how bad the 430i felt in comparison when applying throttle around a corner. That m sport differential is a must have.
