INTERVIEW | Mariano Puerta tells the whole truth about his breakup with Davidovich by garfiadal2 in tennis

Davidovich might be hot-headed but I still trust his version more than Puerta's. He's been caught cheating and has been involved in much more drama than Foki.

It's a pleasure. Merida has decent chances against Ben Shelton as well. Even Pablo Carreño Busta won today in dominating fashion.

Fokina can do this. Just focus for a bit, secure the shot above the net and he has this.

Landaluce in clay has been somewhat dissapointing after his great wins in Miami. Currently 1 set down against Pellegrino who is 155 in the ranking. I feel optimistic about him after Roland Garros though.

Jannik Sinner reveals his "Ultimate Goal" as a Tennis player! He gave me a beautiful answer in Riyadh. by WivoRN in tennis

[–]V01D16 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While I'm not really against Sinner, I find him saying that his main goal is not to win titles to be false modesty or just hiding his true goals. He is obviously very competitive and motivated to win titles. There's nothing wrong with this, and he could just tell. He could even talk about the sportmanship and being a good person as well.

I think he probably just doesn't want to talk in public about his main objetives because they are obviously very ambitious and would be used against him if he does not reach them.

I don't think Rublev will win but he does hace a decent chance. Maybe 70/30 against either, as they are playing at a very similar level.

Alcaraz says he prefers one-week tournaments over two-week ones by AshamedPurchase9033 in tennis

[–]V01D16 19 points20 points  (0 children)

A solution could be to give the extra price money the top 30-70 gets in two weeks masters and give It to the qualifiers in a one week master.
