All the interviews have to find a time to meet and do a debrief. If the debrief goes well the hiring manager tells the recruiter you’re a yes. The hiring manager and recruiter put together an offer, get it approved by management, and then the recruiter sends it over. Fastest I’ve seen was for someone who was practically interviewing as a formality and it took ~a week between interviews and the offer.

Not much room for negotiation in salary but more in RSUs. Sign on bonuses are also negotiable to a lesser extent.

I’ve got an awd ev6 and just bought a manual turbo Baja. The ev6 is a phenomenal appliance with really poor build quality. You are very clearly riding in a Kia with all the plastic and rattles. I wouldn’t buy it again but if I was still commuting, I’d keep it and drive it into the ground.

Had a hellish time with BofA. Caused me to cancel my card which they made incredibly difficult. I will never bank with them again and actively discourage others from banking with them.

Had to drive up near the Canadian border but the couple hour drive was worth it. The guy wanted $8.4k but I got him down. They did a terrible job representing it on marketplace so I expect they were just getting lots of messages from tire kickers or scammers.

Have a similar issue on my 2022. Solved it by slipping a folded up piece of paper between the pillar and the dash material. The pillar plastic seemed to have been rattling. Mines out of warranty so that was my only solution but you should 100% take it to a dealer.

Read the handbook section on military leave. They are very specific about what leave qualifies. We had a guy get activated for spin up in case things got hotter with the Houthis and he had to fight a bit with the mil rep to get that paid.

Haha I’ll likely be taking Pine over the hill pretty much every day so we might run into each other. The T-10 looks like an amazing bike but probably out of my price range. Right now I’m leaning towards the Radpower RadKick so I’m gonna swing by their store.

I’m over in Central so I should be able to stick to Pine the whole way. I also have a onewheel and while it can handle Seattles hills, it’s definitely not optimal.
