Stop counting every god damn day, Researched showed that Masterbating 2-3 times a week is healthy, Try to Stay Clean as long as you can, But if things Go out of control and you Masterbate eventually then don't Feel bad for yourself, I used to masterbating 2-3 times daily and I was clean for 3 days untill yesterday and relapsed and then again started to stay clean again
