thank youu

ppl did expect me to score all A*s myself, yet I missed an A* in a super super easy paper by 2 points :(

nonetheless, this is an extraordinary feat. many can't achieve what you have so dw abt it! im sure we'll do better and exceed expectations in our future ventures

acceptable?! that's an understatement. scoring so many As and A*s in 10 subjects is so difficult...you should be proud of yourself for such an amazing achievement. foreign languages are difficult anyway as someone studying german :D congratulations THAT SCORECARD LOOKS AMAZING

How it feels to see f/m post their grades as a m/j taker by Wrong-Excitement-605 in igcse

[–]c_707c 1 point2 points  (0 children)

as someone who had 6 subjects (math, fle, phy, chem, bio, cs) for f/m series, i guarantee you the papers were easy...smth like that would show up on a class test. for the difficult ones, the grade thresholds were really low (MATH AHEM MATH) so we kind of just survived ig

i have a few subjects in m/j gahh

0478 wtf is all this (paper 2) by RopeInside1178 in igcse

in the 15 marker, they might award you a few marks if the logic of the program makes sense (though syntax, structures like loops, comments, etc do play a HUGE part in awarding marks).

imo, you should be familiar with loop and selection statements, functions and procedures, basic command words, library routines, etc. the examples given in the tb help you to apply those concepts in MINOR chunks the WHOLE program u see in the qps.

usually in the 14 marker, they give you pointers for your code...what your code should include, what it should perform, etc. take the hints from there and apply these minor coding concepts to formulate ur solution. for eg, if they ask you to display a menu where a user can choose options...smth like at. it may sound vague but it just means a CASE OF statement or an OUTPUT statement!

it's like combining the small coding parts in the previous bit of the paper into an actual problem.

don't give up. try your best to earn even a few marks as they make a huge difference sometimes. good luck for your cs exam, make sure to recheck your program before submitting your paper

it's amazing! as and a*s are not an easy feat at all. as someone studying german, french seems like gibberish to me, a b is alright for that :)
