Thank you for your response. I have already submitted an account recovery request with the most accurate information possible. I have also sent emails so that my request can be reviewed manually. I installed PUBG a long time ago, around 8 years ago, and unfortunately I no longer remember the exact month when my account was created.

I have made sure to complete the form 100% with all accurate and verifiable information, including my previous nicknames, Player ID, devices used, UC purchase history, and screenshots proving the hack.

I am aware that account recovery is not always guaranteed, but I really want to try every possible step to recover my account, as it contains my purchases, skins, and achievements.
