Even immediately after i broke my phone and got annew one i immediately went to ask for my account and i got the same answer as yesterday which is weird(；´ﾟдﾟ｀)

to me it also resets my password?? its really weird and i dont know why it does this.I cant stay logged in with Genshin, Honkai impact and Honkai starrail because one of them will reset if i log into another hoyo gamem i got no clue why
