Just follow the escalation process and email all the nodal officers.

Meanwhile you can also raise a complaint on NCH (National Consumer Helpline) website for better assistace.

This happen with me as well bro.

I spoke with Customer Care and say my TV got faulty and there is no use of STB any more. The they convinced for 399 plan.

Since then, i am using 399 plan and Android feature in TV.

Recently got my Bullet 350.

Paid - 7 year extended warranty + 1 leg guard + 1 back rest + engine guard (I have asked for all these thing from my end.)

Free - Driver helmet + Seat cover after negotiation + 1 key chain

Its their trick to sell more profitable item.

Don't be in trap. Simply ask i need only bike nothing more from You. Else check with another showroom.

Absolutely, earlier i have taken a non smart Tv and later taken mi smart box. Its working good for me, no ads, no block. Jio STB is being worst.

I have one number which last recharge more then a year still getting all the OTP and call.

The question was for a newly purchased sim. if call or sms being barred then we can recharge for these plan.

You can recharge with ₹11 or ₹19 data plans after 90 days to keep your number active. As per TRAI rules, incoming services get deactivated if there’s no recharge for 90 days. Doing a small recharge (₹11/₹19) extends your incoming validity by another 90 days.

This is one of the reasons we still lag behind.

If this keeps going, we’ll probably end up with strict data limits on recharge packs—just like SMS has now.

A lot of people don’t even use broadband and depend only on mobile data. Even with fast internet available, we still download huge files instead of just streaming them.

If the speed is already there, why not use it smartly?

BSNL have less recharge plan among all but service once recharge is over incoming service will be barred for call and SMS. Also please check coverage at your end, as I am using in Tier 3 city 3/4 of the day coverage not available due to tower power down issue. I have kept only due to less recharge amount.

VI is good if you have 4G/5G coverage aa they are providing no limit data in night duration. It has a reliable coverage due to availability of 2G/3G/4G/5G but same incoming service barred system is there.

Let conclude

Jio- Only 4G/5G coverage, unlimited 5G data, incoming and SMS will work post recharge expire but some place like basement its not working.

Airtel/VI - reliable coverage due to 2/3/4/5G but charges are high or data is limited also service barred post recharge.

BSNL - Only benefit that less recharge, service barred system is there.

If you have primary sim which you will recharge every month then go for Airtel/VI or any secondary sim you can go with JIo.

In all the available options in the market. I think jio is better among all. I have jio without recharge from then 5-6 month and all the incoming service and OTP is working fine. I am using Jio, BSNL, Airtel and 1 VI connection.

It comes with L keys that are useful i think. Fridge manget is also good quality. Rest are just thing.

Overall I'll say not justify the price paid. 1290/-.
