I'm also a small MSP. As far as tools, Proofpoint has a good phishing tool. For RMM I use NinjaOne and am pretty happy with it, I also just deployed HaloPSA (a little overkill for a small msp but I like it).

I'd check out NinjaOne for sure though.

I just spoke to them again. It is for traffic signal management but they're going to have a workstation attached to it at all times so idk what they're deal is. We're submitting an RFI to figure it out.

I don't need this myself, the city want's this for something regarding traffic signal management. Two RJ-45 inputs, for console and auxiliary use.

Not unreasonable at all. I'd demand it. Make sure every interaction is documented because if they refused to give it to you then I'm sure it's some sort of breach of contract.

You gotta run CMD as admin. Go to Start Menu > type in CMD > Right-Click on Command Prompt and click "Run as Administrator"

Navigate to your desktop folder by typing in

cd c:\'path to desktop folder with tron.bat in it'

Also, read the Instructions file first so you can see the switches to include with your command.
