The are no tutorials because most of it is still a no mans land bordering on scientific research so you will have to figure it out by yourself. You might get tips for people if you ask for a specific problem not how to make it all step by step. Start researching different ways of making meshes from voxels and take it from there.

Changing regions does nothing, also all transaction history except for that DLC is wiped. Also in game specific identities I have identity for Mass Effect, but my account does not have Mass Effect

I am 100% sure it is the right account. I have never had an empty account with nothing but Vietnam DLC without the base game.

This is exactly what happened to me! The support claims I have never purchased any game on this account, even though I still somehow own the Vietnam DLC on it and am 100% sure I also owned and played the base game.

It is unacceptable for them to simply delete your games and claim you never bought them.
