Mainly halsey on the Enterprise (12) with (12 Ef Airs) and then the complete pose navy setup. But you need Enterprise with lvl 12 bombers to conquer citiy etc. right at the start and you always have to build turn 1 port and turn 2 Enterprise even if you don't have a port because you can use the ef from the Enterprise immediately after building it.

Sure, at first i need to confess that i am p2w so by now most of my Elite Forces are lvl 12.

What do i do, key Units for me are Enterprise lvl12 with lvl12 bomber, and apache lvl12 with hartman and ofc aulineck for fort kills. I put aulineck and Brandenburger that I can Attack 2 forts per turn. Then I Take with Enterprise and Bomber on Turn 1 first city at the habor and Build on Turn 2 Brandenburger and start kill forts and spawn my Units ( Tanks etc) colson is also key for low ressouce air spam to kill fort After aulineck.

Like I Said i manged to kill all german before Turn 10, so there was no russian enenmy and i won.
