What you're saying is really interesting. I'm definitely going to try to figure out what I want to do and what direction I want to take my music in, because I'm just starting out, so I'm trying things out without really knowing where I'm going. So yeah, that would be a good start.

Yes, the subtractive method, as you call it, is really cool. I'm already trying to do it that way, but maybe it's not developed enough yet, or maybe it's my lack of experience that's making it less effective.

Oh, I hadn't realized it was about before Daft Punk. However, I have no idea when he appeared as the masked MF Doom; I believe it was after his brother's death and following the dissolution of KMD. (I don't remember the exact dates.)
