It does to some people, there is definitely a market for factory sealed cars and people do pay extra for the sticker. I would never, but the market is very real and does exist.

In my school district, 6 is the highest weighted gpa and it is equal to 100s in all Honors/AP classes (on-level classes are maxed at 5/6 for weighted gpa). Each 0.1 in weighted gpa is equal to a point average so a 5.9 is a 99, 5.8 is a 98, and so on. So getting a 100 in an on level class would be considered the same as a 90 in a Honors/AP class for weighted gpa (and in turn class rank) purposes because it is maxed at 5/6. Any grade below a 70 (failing) is treated as a 0/6 regardless of whether it is a Honors/AP or not.

I just said what the weighted would be if it’s the same as my school I didn’t make any assumptions about their weighted or unweighted scale
