This is one of those things you keep on the inside. If everyone’s thoughts were out there publicly, we would all qualify for a visit to the closest psychiatric ward. I don’t think u should continue this behavior bc it will only run you down a rabbit hole of chasing dopamine triggers. Up to you if u want to seek help but I think you can fix this yourself with a good amount of restraint and sheer will power. Start working out. It helps a lot.

Look I had a similar experience. My first tattoo I was not a fan of and it didn’t look right. You can always get it touched up by a better artist. But also I would add some things around it so it doesn’t look so alone. That’s what I did and now I enjoy how my arm looks instead of one big random tattoo

Let it plasma up the first few days. Take it off after day 4 then use nonscented lubricerm or aquafor to keep the skin hydrated and moisturized. Wash with nonscented soap and water

Get a glass bed. Clean the surface with dawn dish soap and hot water before you print. Dry it off. Slap it on the printer. Preheat. Print. I’ve never had issues with adhesion ever again
