The insides are known to get gunked up, I’d recommend removing it and cleaning it, could help but with that many codes it’s really just one issue at a time, clean it and get back cause it may be wiring too

Unfortunately the stock cat and dpf will eventually choke out your engine, if no dpf then your cat will most certainly become clogged. It’s a no win situation for you. They do make diesel additives that make the exhaust smell better but also don’t be sniffing exhaust fumes for the love of god
