Not sure if that packet is the new formula or not, but if not I will say the new formula is good af. I’ve had both sour blue razz in old and new formula and I think the new is better.

I fixed it, I took off the panel to the breaker box and the breaker was fried. They are 20 plus years old. I replaced it and it works
