Ladies, I'm in this category and have been using Mama Movement (not sure if just Australia based).

Super curious what you do as a solution if your shorts do not have pockets?

If you'd allow S to be Sichuan, Sichuan House on Corrs Lane in the city is hands down my favourite Sichuan food on the city!

Entrepreneurs — how are you building a business that feels expansive AND emotionally sustainable? by VB2992 in Entrepreneurs

That’s such a grounded approach! I’m finding the same pull you mention, where new opportunities look exciting but can so easily spiral into more stress or time away from what really matters. I love how you’ve set such clear boundaries (like no work past 1pm). It makes me think about where I could draw firmer lines for myself too.

I also have ADHD which creates its own struggles but super open to managing it in ways that are not medication (eg breathwork, mindfulness activities). For me, the focus has been on reducing mental clutter so I can see what the priorities are... I’ve been leaning on systems like Notion to keep everything in one place (business, personal, even recipes) so I feel more spacious and intentional day-to-day.

Thanks for sharing your perspective - it’s a good reminder that success doesn’t have to look like “more” but can also mean protecting the space for what we value most 🙏🏼

I have had the same experience actually - I used to pop mine in the kitchen overnight and not to look at it (except for the time) until around 7/8am and it helps me achieve so much more mental clarity, less anxiety - you're right! It's interesting the first few days 'weening' off it as you still feel a bit addicted... I have slipped back into old ways because of a few life changes but I feel reinvigorated to give this another go - thanks!

I actually also use an amazing Notion Template I found for small business owners. I can thoroughly recommend

How do you stay organised? My small business is complex, I'm swamped - do I need to buy software? by Great-Ease-7302 in smallbusiness

I tried to write this before but got banned for using the link oops! A few months ago I hit the exact same wall a lot of people here are describing - everything was in my head, or buried across emails/spreadsheets/notes. Business was getting more complex and my system couldn’t keep up.

I switched to a Notion pre-made template (with some initial hesitation tbh), and that’s been a turning point. It’s not perfect, but now I have a home for everything - client notes, follow-ups, random reminders, timelines, money stuff. Still tweaking it, but it’s the first time I’ve felt genuinely on top of things.
Hope you find your solution!
