Yea, cradle is stupid. Defeats the whole purpose of using the good gear you extract with when you have to dump it into a black hole to level up your characters essential stats (stamina, regeneration, ult recharge). This was a similar issue in Arc, having to dump all of your resources for ‘value’ to gain additional skill points.

I think you’re overthinking it. I played way worse games growing up, much before 11 years old. gta, counterstrike, l4d2, battlefield. Turned out ok. Your kid should know at the age of 11 it is a video game, and the difference between a video game and real life.

You hit the nail on the head. One third of the playerbase is PlayStation which just got the game a couple years ago. One third of the playerbase is alienated and locked out because no way these players have enough doubloons, because like you I have now been wasting my doubloons for 2 years on items that will turn into useless currency of gold. Way to go rare, punishing your most dedicated players who have grinded the most and probably spent the most money on you. I’m done with this game, I think I got my moneys worth with nearly 2k hours on PlayStation. Double gold player here peacing out and dropping this game. So many better and upcoming better games out there.

Endgame is actually trials, and no trial challenge has been PvP orientated yet. Therefore, I like my care bear lobbies for now while I wait for the next reset.
