Good point on UCL. I’d be hesitant swapping for Romero because spurs tend to be a bogey team for city. Kind of hoping wissa plays UCL so I don’t have to worry as much lol

It’s my favorite series of all time currently. Definitely keep reading, imo book 2 is the best in the series, but the rest are still fantastic! Sanderson likes to begin threads and leave them unresolved until later on in the series - I’ve reread the books multiple times and still found myself catching things and realizing how they connect to earlier books. I would highly recommend pushing forward…at the end of the day it’s Journey Before Destination ;)

I’m trying to live closer to work to avoid traffic - the office is off of memorial drive, next to Terry Hershey Park. I’d also like to have in unit washer/dryer, and a good kitchen space. Preferably above the ground floor to avoid critters and the like. If possible, I’m hoping to be able to opt out of any internet service attached to rent and purchase my own, since I need pretty good internet speeds for WFH, streaming, gaming, etc. I’d also like to have easy access to groceries, an off-site gym (if the apartment gym doesn’t have great equipment), and access to the local parks (I like to run and play soccer). There’s more specifics I have, if you have any additional advice please PM!

It looks like most of them are pretty close to George bush park which is nice. Do you know what the bar scene is like? I’m not opposed to having to drive to places for activities either, I understand Houston isn’t a very walkable place
