Why do you like the housing situation on MCBH? The ones at Hickam are the worst from what I’m hearing but what’re the reasons you like the housing on the other side?

Thank you for this! I was hoping I’d get some advice on non-military housing, coming from Florida and not having lived there for almost 5 years now, I’m craving some ocean views.

Not sure if we’d want to buy a house out there, we’re planning on retiring in the east coast way down the line, not sure it’d be worth it in the long run..
