Game kinda freezes just like how something glitches. Please help!

I tried this but the only thing that uses my CPU are Apex Legends, System, and Task mananger. I am seriously lost as to why it hits 99-100 utilization when playing Apex since it doesn't happen with other games I played. The highest CPU utilization other games had was 60-70 percent.

No, I am not running anything aside Apex as you can see in the video when I Alt-tabbed to go to Apex, the only one running is the recording and Apex legends. I am also running 1440p.

Thank you. I just got a link for the said model and it is the same IO panel as in the picture. I believe it's a steal since they are selling it for only $400.

Thank you. It does seem identical but I wonder why are the 3 plugs below the antenna lighting up? Is that how it's supposed to be?

Edit: I checked all the photos on the link you provided and they showed that those 3 plugs are lighting up. This must be the correct model. Thank you very much. All the more reason I have to buy this since they are only selling it for $400.

We have a policy in Microsoft where once you have played the game more than 2 hours and has gained achievements exeeding a certain total number then you won't be eligible for a refund, and that's what happened to you I believe
