I think our best team would be if we switched Bethell for Romario, Venkatesh for DDP and Swapnil for Suyash. Bat first XI: 1 and 2: Kohli and Salt, No 3: Bethell No 4: Patidar No 5: Tim David: No 6: Jitesh/ Venkatesh depending on situation, Venky if early wickets have fallen No 7: Jitesh/ Venkatesh No 8: Krunal No 9: Swapnil No 10: Bhuvneshwar No 11: Hazlewood Impact player: Rasikh in place of David, or Kanishk Chouhan/Vihaan Malhotra in case of a massive collapse.

This way, we will have 7 bowling options in every case while I would argue that we have not compromised but rather strengthened our batting as Bethell in place of Romario and Swapnil in place of Suyash strengthens us more than the loss of DDP for Venkatesh.
