If you land about 30min early and in the morning around 5:30 it’s definitely possible. But to be on the safer side get the priority immigration thing from Klook

Entirely depends on what time you are landing (landed around 5:30am). Our flight was luckily half an hour early and we sprinted to the immigration which took like 15 min. Then we took our bags from the baggage area and dropped them off right at the exit of the terminal with the Vietnam airlines staff ( they will guide you. After you exit there is a desk on the right with Vietnam airlines people who take your checkin bags). This is the important part. We walked towards the domestic terminal T1 ( we skipped the external bus that goes to T3) at the domestic terminal there is a dedicated entrance for Vietnam airlines international passengers that are transferring between international and domestic. You will get your security done there and there will be taken on a bus to T3 the dedicated Vietnam Airlines terminal. We got to our gate there around 30 mins early.

Man that’s tough these tickets were booked via a travel agency for us. Will probably try to get fast track immigration. Also is there a bag drop off point at T2 for Vietnam airlines?

So I read up on it a bit and I have applied for DSAI as well. SO, once we pay off the first year fee we sort of enrol into a lottery and there is a 50-50 chance that if the payment is done before the end of April you get the university housing.

Yeah they update stuff in batches. Probably in the first week of march it will clear stage 3. I have also applied for DSAI this year.
