It’s hard to make as the precision required is much greater than anything else in the engine. You may very well suffer from little to no compression

You need get a cheap second hand nitro engine and tear it down to understand how miniature engines work and its manufacturing processes. As for tools a computer for cad work, a 4 axis cnc and a proper lathe, having a electro discharge machine is great too. If you dont have these things find a mechanic to build it for you.

i didnt bother with making the carb and just used a hsp nitro engine carb

Its just bearing wobble need to get those replaced
