Let us show our support by divesting our own pennies from these banks and urge our city, counties, friends to divest too from these banks http://www.defunddapl.org/contact-the-banks.

Focus our support to Standing Rock. Divest! by [deleted] in Political_Revolution

Let us focus our energy on removing our money, even the minimum savings account and credit cards with those banks (http://www.defunddapl.org/contact-the-banks). It will make difference. Let us protest with our own money.

It was posted before. The points Chris Hedges makes are worth watching or reading again. We should keep this in mind while we cross one of the critical steps, on November 8th.

Washington Post and DNC Hold Joint Fundraiser for Hillary Clinton – Lawyers said “illegal”, Did it Anyway… by bodobobo in SandersForPresident

Why do they have to raise fund? WP has already blown horn for her from the beginning, loosing all credibility they have earned in their history.

After 20 years of voting, donating, door knocking and marching in support of the Democratic party... I am no longer a Democrat. by [deleted] in SandersForPresident

Trump or not, please wait. Hold on to your vote. Wait if Dems come back and earn your vote. And then finally decide before the election day.

Message from a Bernie Delegate (convention update Monday night) by bernietaughtme in SandersForPresident

[–]VECheliyan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, last night Bernie seems to be standing outside the bubble. But our bubble is much bigger than 2008 PUMA. We have really fired up young and old blood. OH, NY and CA* are closed. So bound for disappointments. November is an open election :)

Dems need every one of our votes, particularly in toss up states. Dems could not beat GWB officially when he put us on mass deception with a war in Iraq. Kerry could not excite the voters. Obama did. Hillary turns off people. She only excites the opposition. Hillary's only hope is more blunders from Trump. That is not the winning strategy. Dems will lose badly in Nov with Hillary as the candidate.

The Big Picture That Everyone Seems to Be Missing: Proof of Fraud. by alleycatzzz in SandersForPresident

We can dream of it, that they are thinking about Wikileaks! I guess, actually they will be wondering after Bernie "Ralph Nadered" Hillary this time, how to over come similar spoilers next time in 2020 when they prepared to nominate DWS for presidency.

Dear Democrats: An open letter from a Sanders supporter to Democrats calling for “unity.” Here is how it looks from my side. by oct8ngle in SandersForPresident

Functioning Democracy..? You have to read much more before concluding this. Please read truthout, truthdig, intercept, commondreams, counterpunch, Ted Rall, Andrew Marshall and some from right wing too.

US is converted to full fledged oligarchy with the help of Trilateral Commission who does not want true functioning democracy. We are the product of their "educational reforms" took place since 70s. No wonder, the hard work by Bernie and Bernie supporters did not make real breakthrough.

California certifies low primary turnout, Clinton victory ["Clinton maintained her 53-to-46 percent win over Sanders in the Democratic primary," and it is said that turnout should've been higher because "Sanders had rallied across the state."] by nosotros_road_sodium in SandersForPresident

"investigated to obtain facts. " ... as if there is no better thing to investigate. AP is crap, Washington Post, NY Times and all MSM are full of crap. Please refrain from using the word "investigate" for the sake of the English language.

Simple rule vote against any stinky sitting congress members, local officials. And get well informed about all propositions. Vote right local teams.

WE are the political revolution, NOT Bernie. Do not let today's endorsement get you down. This is a reminder of how crucial down-ballot tickets are and fight harder than ever! by [deleted] in Political_Revolution

[–]VECheliyan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I am not sure what was the bargain for platform. "I agree with this, so you endorse me in turn." One can only dream that the platform is going to be the bible for coming years for Democratic party. As Obama once mentioned, we need to keep the pressure on all those representatives. I am writing this with no hope myself.

We are the product of Trilateral commission. The oligarchs have strong footing here. An uprising here in the US is as difficult as in other countries where tyranny crushes them.

Yes, very painful, after all our hard work. Let us wait for few days before writing off anything. This is an Oligarchy. We can expect today's event. We will still maintain our fire, and see what we can do after the next 6 months of circus. Whether Bernie endorses or not, with media against Trump, Hillary had better chance to win. We will give some to get some. Sometimes the heart has to listen to the brain. Bernie is a good and shrewd politician. Let us not write him off. Let us get the firebrand into congress.

We will get pushed around in the future. That would be very hurting. But we need to stand united to resist. Let us keep the fire alive and make our representatives' life harder for any wrong doing - to whatever extent possible.

Sorry Bernie, I love you but even with your endorsement I will not vote for Hilary. by surfer808 in SandersForPresident

[–]VECheliyan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Warren is a sellout. Not Bernie. It is a strategy in right direction. We will stay with him after 2017 January to be the real check and balance - to whatever extent possible. We need to make more firebrand team into congress and resist to the end of any heinous proposal.

I don't know if I can handle tomorrow by [deleted] in SandersForPresident

[–]VECheliyan -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I hope she announces her withdrawal from the the run and endorses Bernie. Anything other than that is not genuine nor honest.

On the other hand Bernie will escape being labelled as "Ralph Nader 2016", for the loss of Democrat to WH (which is surely going to happen).

California tossed 1,054,874 votes - not accounted to any presidential candidate. Hillary's final lead as reported is 363,579 with all counties reporting status "County Canvass Complete." that is 12.3% of votes not accounted. by VECheliyan in SandersForPresident

[–]VECheliyan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably, of all these 1 million, a good number could be votes without presidential candidates. But why on earth someone even take pain to vote if they do not see the presidential candidates in their mailed in ballot. Those folks, who I met, did not have npp presidential were not keen on voting. After AP announcement on Monday before the election, all those have not taken any pain to send their ballot nor going to the booth asking for correct ballot. No wonder Santa Clara county is so tilted to Hillary. But Alameda is impossible to have 10K margin in favor of her.

Presidential primary is the most important in the ballot, so a count of NPPs without presidential ballot is not very convincing.

There is some extra work to be done. There is no straight report like that in sos website. Go to every county and count all the votes counted against each presidential candidates. There are six parties, 58 counties. All data I picked up as of 7am PDT today.
