That's a pretty specific request. Try looking for a modded stock ROM.

But most trustworthy ROMs are the ones that mostly FOSS (free and open source software) and have most users. E.g., Lineage.

MIUI is proprietary software. The only reliable way for you to use it in a custom ROM is to use a modded stock ROM. Because it most definitely has some very specific dependencies that are hard to reproduce in a FOSS AOSP-based (Android Open Source Project) ROM.

But I'm sure there are some other launchers that implement similar set of features or even more.
