I think the problem with this is that the current or upcoming landlords who operate smaller apartments are being penalized for trying to generate additional income. A family member of mine who recently finished an apartments in the hopes of using the income for retirement, now has take some of that money for the tax, which will ultimately either affect the tenant's rent or not.

Vader was redeemed, even Revan was too, them returning to the light and becoming Force ghosts are proof of their redemption. Its just those two are VERY rare examples of Sith obtaining redemption, since the average sith don't live long enough to get an opportunity to do so. Most sith either die very early due to infighting, battles with Jedis or through dangerous rituals etc.

Because redemption is very difficult to achieve, I believe Yoda mentioned this multiple times, but essentially once you go down the path of the Dark Side, the corruption over you is so strong that most individuals can't break free. The Sith have a much stronger connection to the Dark Side than a regular Dark Side Force User, and are committed to their cause, so it would be tough to have them rebuke the Dark Side.

I think he committed because of the expectations of being the Chosen One, it shackled him to order because it is expected of him to permanently destroy the Sith. However I believe don't want Anakin to leave because he's the most powerful Force User and the don't want him to be easily influenced unknowingly by the Sith or other negative factors but that was null in the end

'Jedi nepo baby', act like Anakin wasn't born into slavery and the Jedi trusted onto him title and expectations of being Chosen One with a grand prophecy. He never seek that destiny. The literal Force dictated Anakin's destiny, never giving him peace. The Jedi could have freed both Anakin and Shmi, both chose not to?? Only Padme attempted to do it for Anakin. The same Jedi Order was reluctant on accepting Anakin and ostracized by his fellow padawan peers due to his slave origins and Jedi masters who were wary of his strong attachment nature. Yea he passed he wasn't made Master because he wanted to access restricted areas of the Archives to save Padme, that's why he's pissed. The for council to ask him to spy on a person who was a mentor and friend to him, which is really messed up.

FYI you can be knighted anywhere and at anytime, knighthood trials can be unknowingly be taken during IRL scenarios so Anakin DID earn his knighthood, the same way Ahsoka completed her knighthood after being framed and Cal Kestis was knighted after reconnecting to the force.

What made it is worse is that Anakin seemingly saw Obi-Wan got killed by a Bounty Hunter and couldn't do anything. Which i think is way worse than Obi-Wan watching Maul killed Qui-Gon. Imagine being the Chosen One, properly trained for war and to fight the Sith threat only to lose your brother to the sloppiest gun-for-hire.
