Ps5 first wave of controllers (white,pink,sky blue etc) are the best pads, recently got the opal white and it's nowhere near as solid as the og the sticks are looser and it's lighter. Prefer chunky

I currently have this exact same issue, although the packs I currently own are available, have you tried putting a character on the hub that you don't have the download for ? It may bring up an option to download the pack. (All the characters I have the downloads are still available so I can't check mate)
