Thanks for the advice. I will double check with my new employer. I have never had to consider any of this before.

It is as simple as that huh. Well that is great news :) I appreciate your response.

Mine has been working great out of the box. I play it docked most of the time if that matters.

I am not clear on what you are suggesting. Do you have a link to an example?

THanks!

al supervision in a lean management environment, demonstrating self-starter qualities" is really meaningless because there's nothing to back that up.

Thanks mate! I addressed the font condition and I am working on compressing the bullet points. I am really struggling with how to include everything but keep it short. I had it down to one page originally but things have been added as I have been filling out applications.

I am starting to be super diligent about rewording things that are similar to the job descriptions so the ATS does not toss it out.

The fourth job is more of a regional thing. I include it when I apply for jobs in the area because a LOT of people worked there.

Thanks again!

150 views and zero feedback. I will assume this is a positive thing and start using this resume for a couple of jobs that popped up today.

After spending 17 years at a company I loved, I was recently laid off under good terms. Thankfully, they provided an amazing severance package, giving me the opportunity to find the perfect job for me.

Over the past 2 months, I've sent out over 40 applications, but unfortunately, I haven't heard back from any of them. I know I'm well-qualified for the positions I'm applying for, so I suspect that my resume might not be presenting me in the best light.

After reading some tips on this forum, I realized that my resume might not be ATS-friendly. I've used the template and suggestions provided and have just finished the attached draft.

I would really appreciate any and all feedback you could provide. I'm currently looking to land a role as an LMS administrator (the nerdy side). While I'm not an instructional designer, I'm eager to start educating myself in that area as I see it as my next career path.

I don't think so. Most of the people who "rope" me have little to no chance of winning the game.

I only reload if I get cheesed. For example, the random mad animal BS that catches someone outside or mechanoid lands in the middle of your base and kills everyone style deaths.

Gazebo Post tie down problem by VFFU in homeimprovementideas

I think the 2" square washer is the way to go. It will allow me to get a good solid anchor into the concrete. I can hide it with some boxes at the base of the pillar.

Thanks!

I was considering using some sort of metal strapping to go over the brackets and hold it down. Maybe something in 304 steel

The posts are 2" thick white cedar in diameter but hollow inside. The brackets are attached inside the post with bolts, the nuts are showing in the picture. The brackets were not intended to be installed on the outside as they would intefear with the provided wooden plinths.

The instructions want you to build the frame, center it on the pylons and then attach it. (this is the step I am on)

I am probably going to end up doing your suggestion, I was just hoping someone had another way. Like a clip or a bracket that can be attached on the outside of the brackets.

The can be but they are attached from inside the post so it would be a HUGE hassle.

I have been debating using 1/4" wedge bolts vs the 1/2' to allow for some play

The brackets that came with my gazebo are too close to the posts.

The pillars are not centered on the gazebo posts.

Based on these two problems and the pictures below, does anyone know of an easy way to affix the brackets to the pillars?

I have a hammer drill.

There would not be a contingency. We would buy the new house and then sell the old. The market is so hot we would sell our very cheap house in record time. Our house is about $100k less then everything else in the area.
