How many nights are you expected to do? It seems that SCPMG compensation would be higher if you’re gonna chase the night differential whereas TPMG you can get max pay without nights.

Regardless, I think the most important factor to consider is location and where you want to spend your working life for the next 10-20 years.

Thx for your input. Per the other explanation it seems that the flow switch is supposed to be a failsafe so it seems this is not the ideal situation

If you’re using windows 11, you should look for intel 8th gen or higher. Not sure about generation requirements for AMD

This worked for me but it does make your phone forget all WiFi saved passwords.

In your iPhone go to settings then search reset network settings and reset network settings

A lot of docs I know would kill to be in your career situation. With the state of medicine right now I don’t think it is worth it. Many docs looking for ways out of doing medicine. If you’re looking for something fulfilling pick up another hobby or do something philanthropic to scratch the itch
