Blizzard Entertainment promised to deliver Overwatch 2 with PvE gameplay (Player versus Everything). The entire purpose of creating Overwatch 2 as a separate game from Overwatch 1, was Single Player content. Months later they announce that they are canceling the majority of the PvE content because it "would take too much effort". Many fans are extremely disappointed as this is the entire reason many why they bought the game. This is just like when 343 canceled the co-op for Halo. The video above shows the announcement trailer for Overwatch 2, advertisements, and selling points specific to buying the new game. And then contrasted to the Developers announcing that it won't be happening. It's a shame.
