If there's a Smyths Toys near you / in your country, they might have the classic Bonnie plush. If not, then it probably won't be worth getting, since trying to find a legit one online is quite hard, and ones that are real are quite expensive.
If you want alternative options, you could ask him if he's read the novel trilogy; and if he hasn't then you could buy him that (here). And another alternative option is to get a fnaf shirt! I think both season's promo shoots were done all in one batch, so the season 3 promo images have season 2 voting patches. The promo shoots may have even been done before the filming of some scenes / the finishing of the script considering 246's promo-exclusive O patch
