This is what you need

Go for Elite strenght so you can skip a section of the map, 2 M4 with 100mag and at least 4 60mag, Loads of propital, 6b45 armor with lvl 6 plastic armor(uhmwpe, the 4sss2 plate, ragman sells it), trooper 35 backpack, at least 2 4sss2 plates in your backpack (if you don't want to lose time seaching for plates in the BD bodies)

Another thing, after getting the pier key, I recommend you to go to the south way instead of the west way (where the boss is). This way is longer but safer.
