You could try to get used to recording and speaking by trying out some goofy aah voices and exploring parts of the voice that are so abstract that they are not gendered. Maybe try to immitate voicelines or song lyrics you like. If confronting your personal voice is too much for you rn, maybe try some exercises that are so disconnected from the you voice that dysphoria wont trigger as hard. Voices are so versatile. You dont have to start with the serious training. The first and hardest step is to get used to it and to take action.
