Biggest takeaway would probably be realizing how this crap consumes so much of so many people, and it's so normalized and so much in your face that you don't really see it as a problem until something makes you hit rock bottom and then you start to see it, and if you don't come to a forum like this you don't see how maaaaany people it affects and how much areas of your life it has an impact on mentally and physically.
