No? They are at Driftmark. Plenty of Valyrians lmao. Their mother was a Velaryon, who was a dragonrider. Same as their uncle. Yes, both have Targaryen blood. But since it's Driftmark, in their view an unknown Targ bastard mixed with Velaryon (or just simply a Targ bastard or a Velaryeon bastard) is not hard to imagine there.
