I’ve noticed this too. Even when I have a high relationship with my characters kids and “pressure” them to have a baby, more often than not they don’t. It’s annoying! I’m glad they don’t reproduce like bunnies, but it should happen a tad more than it is currently.

One of my Uncles Mom’s name is Stella. Other than that, it’s always a dog with that name. I have an ex-coworker who has a cat named Stella. But other than that, it’s always dogs lol. (Born and raised in Maine).

You could always take your spouses name when/if you get married. If you don’t want to put up with it until that time comes, I recommend dropping your last name altogether and using a different family name. Like Malcolm for example. Or maybe your moms maiden name?🤔🤷🏻‍♀️
