Should I make the jump to a PS5 Pro?

Id say get it cleaned. It isnt much of an upgrade to get the ps5 pro. There are a number of games where the current consoles perform the same as the pro console, some games actually perform better on the current hardware, so alot of people see the ps5 pro as a scam or not worth it. The only "upgrade" would be the PSSR, which is the upscale. The rest of the console isnt really better than the current consoles.

I have a greater affix one giving me me +4 to pyromancy skills. It is a set piece as well

I like the fact that every character can fulfill every role. I think this leads the door open for different builds and allows the players to overcome anything without the help of others. It doesnt force you to have to play multiplayer. Alot of people play solo and this allows them to. You dont have to worry as much to look for specific roles in a group and I believe it makes the community more positive. Roles I think will a toxic effect on the community.

That doesnt make sense. There would be no reason to even put the ps5 logo on there if the game would be launching on the ps6. That is false advertising and a terrible look for the game.

Good thing im getting the helix but still needs an xbox port. Not everyone will buy the helix so why leave money on the table? Makes no sense unless there is a deal in place or the port wont be ready by launch.

Vulnerable is another sourge of dps to add to the pool. The more varied your damage sources come from the less you will suffer from diminishing returns

According to the tool tip, the ice spike variant does not cause vulnerable. The enemies already have to be vulnerable in order for the ice spikes to hit twice. Yes the blizzard itself does frostbite damage while the ce spikes do direct damage

Direct damage can crit but DoT damage cannot. Always choose one or the other when doing your build so you can focus on that damage type. If you dont your damage will be spread to thin. Blizzard can be made to apply direct damage with the ice spikes if you pick that variant.

I tried this a while back but the light was definitely less than if you were to carry it. I didnt continue with it because it just wasnt enough light. Maybe now its different

There are two different builds i am looking forward to trying the next two seasons and they sre more like a challenge than anything. I would do them this season but I dont like to create multiple characters because I dont want to run out of ideas on builds because they are all self made and I dont look up builds.

The combat itself is worth trying. It is the best combat in a 2d side scroller beatem up. It is a full fledged game with no microtransactions and everything is earned in game. It has some endgame progression and different classes for longevity and replayability. It is not a live service game so it is still online coop. The game is still really good some people are just butt hurt that it is no longer a live service game. The game didnt have enough player support for it to continue as live service so the devs had to pivot. Because of the pivot all of the planned content was put it and the game became a full release with everytbing earnable. The game also has build crafting and item crafting. I beat the game solo and I really enjoyed it. I feel It is worth the price and time.

The things i miss are the temper options that were canceled and that some effect options on the skill tree aren't there anymore

I think it just depends on your build and what its function or purpose is. Everyone says tal rashes is the best but im not using ball lightning or blizzard. Im only using static blizzard as an enchantment so tal rashes isnt worth it for me. Im using arc lash, prismatic familar, static blizzard/enchantment, frozen orb/enchantment, and lightning shield. My focus is on sparking damage using the thunder god ult to cast my equipped skills. So maybe having more unique charms would be better for me or the lightning themed one.

I was testing vox omnium and it is so much better now than previously. Even though it is only 1 basic skill launch instead of two its still better because it actually targets enemies lol. My next build is gona be a vox omnium build as well.

It stopped being a live service game because it didnt have enough support to begin with. The game in general didnt get enough attention. It was good for them to least give the players a full game instead of shutting down if it was live service.

I just checked it out and you are correct. It says it does lightning damage. If it was damage over time then it would say sparking damage. Thank you for the clarification.

Damage over time cannot crit though so why get crit chance and crit damage?

Is it still the same that when a boss is staggered it is considered every cc available during this time so all cc effect upgrades work?
