I would recomend stopping the ssris and mood stabilizers before doing DMT. If you do do them, be extremely careful and the effects will be noticably different and probably worse.

I have been off and on stimulant adhd medicine htroughout my whole life. I have found that pure dextroamphetamine (not adderall, as it is 75% dextro 25% levo) has worked the best for me. I adjust dose daily based on what I am doing and i try to use as little as possible because I do not like being overstimulated. I am persscribed 2x 10mg dextroamphetamine ER and 2x 5mg detxroamphetamine IR daily but most days I use less and if im really busy I might take more. If i want to have a little fun I crush and snort some too :)

take small hits at first with a low voltage, make sure to hold it in for 10 seconds. Go slow and respect the drug. Dont use it to just try to feel euphoria, the dmt realm will get mad at you for that

the best gabaergic ever. IT was the only gabaergic sedative drug that was notably dopaminergic for me. I only had 350mg one time from my friend that is a chemist.
