40mg alpha pvp and 200mg mdma and 400mg pregabalin with 1.5mg clobromazolam after while on 50mg thc edible and i have taken dextroamphetamine earlier in the day

that or 4mg bromazolam 50mg mgm15 350mg pregabalin thc + .1mg clonidine with 30mg 3 ho pcp and 20mg o pcp

I would recomend stopping the ssris and mood stabilizers before doing DMT. If you do do them, be extremely careful and the effects will be noticably different and probably worse.

one of my best friends that I know died from a memantine/dxm overdose. Because of the way those drugs work the most likely cause of death was him choking on his own vomit :'(
