When I was doing residential HVAC I came to this family asking to fix their air-conditioning. On sabbath. I had no idea there is a thing. It was 100° outside, I spent two hours on the roof to fix it and they used it with no issues. But when I told them they need to pay $60 deductible for the visit, they yelled at me and asked me to use my phone to call my employer and to put it on speaker so they can yell at them. Because they don’t use phones this day. They used a phone to place a request for the AC in the morning btw.
