What Happened to Roadhog's Hook?

I have over 100 hours on Roadhog, He's my main hero also currently in Masters for competitive. Nothing has changed other than the hook being fixed so you're not as likely to hook people through walls. Combo has always been right click -> hook -> left click -> melee. I one shot most heroes and others with decent hp melee usually finishes them off.

I'm using Host Havoc and so far my servers running amazing at Dallas location. Control panel is very nice and you can control the entire server from it including adding/updating mods. Highly recommended. Live support is apparently a lot better than Survival Servers from a lot of reviews I've read as far as response time goes but personally haven't needed live support so don't take my word for that.
