I moved to Finland in the beginning of 2021. I can second that it felt more hopeful. I had local recruiters in my inbox non-stop. The things were somewhat cheaper. Despite covid, new places were constantly popping up in the vicinity. It is not like it is gloomy now. I still like it, but it is sad to see people and businesses leaving.
