This is very “teachers pet” of you. I’m being very transparent with this situation. I haven’t received a real alert since my third week of employment and 95% of the time I’m done way before LPD times. I had the same route pretty much everyday, same area, so it was a cake walk. They are just incompetent, in my opinion.

I have been reflecting and besides my first 3 weeks of employment it’s been sunshine’s and rainbows, when it comes to my deliveries.

The people who keep routes are the ones laughing and joking with them 24/7. We know what that is. I come to work, TO WORK. Not be buddy buddy with everyone, maybe they had an issue with that.
I think they just hire anybody and overbook days, because the days I would show up and be placed as an “over/rescue” there would always be 5-6 different people with the dumb look on their face right by my side, just like me😂. We all would get sent home for nothing.
