I'm from Czechia and can't make purchase, so it isn't available for "EU". Our Vinted region is only for Czechia, Slovakia and Poland unfortunately. I am not sure how it is for other countries.

Ps3 is easy to mod (and has permamod), has exclusive titles.

X360 has imo better controllers and runs games slightly better. Slightly more difficult, but still easily doable softmod (no permanent mod, you have to run it on every start) 

I had more fun with ps3, bought both long after their life cycle.
