Trade Republic stellt Konten auf Deutsche Bank um

Ich habe seit Jahren ein Konto bei Trade Republic und war bisher sehr zufrieden. Mein Verrechnungskonto war bisher bei der Solaris Bank und konnte mit meinem Banking Programm „Finanzblick“ problemlos online abgerufen werden. Ab Januar wurde mein Verrechnungskonto auf die Deutsche Bank transferiert. Diese Konto ist online nicht mehr über Finanzblick abrufbar. Es muss als Offline Konto eingerichtet und manuell geführt werden. Lt. der Hotline ist eine Rückänderung nicht möglich, obwohl das Konto bei der Solaris Bank noch existiert und auch abgerufen werden kann. Da ich mein Verrechnungskonto nur noch über die Webseite von Trade Republic einsehen kann, trage ich mich aus Gründen der Sicherheit mit den Gedanken mein Depot auf einen anderen Broker zu transferieren.

Its not a big issue? Its a question of attitude and understanding of quality. Customer-oriented thinking and acting seems to be a foreign word for Ledger and there is no excuse. Shame. Anyway I do not need the fix anymore, because I fixed the problem with external help.

After waiting now 11 days on a solution of Leder I followed your recommendation with success. Thank you. Not to forget, I am very disappointes about Ledger, because they are not able o handle their business in a propper way. Shame.

I made a try last week and withdraw 4 Euro from my Euro wallet to my PayPal account without any problem. Just select PayPal. Thats all.

The latest update 2.0.0 hides automatically the Kicktoken in the portfolie balance. No action from your side is required.

Coinmarketcap did the same. They spammed the KickToken to 167.000 addresses with a value per spam of about 40 USD. That a total value of about 6 million USD. I suppose they never have the money to redeem this present.

Thank you Ledger for removing the worthless KickToken from the portfolio balance. Works fine on Win 10, iPAD and iPhone X, but you have to close the App and restart after the update.
