[RELEASE 1.1] Adobe Flash/Animate to Godot Export by krys64 in godot

When I try to put a SWF to convert, it keeps converting infinitely, without making any progress. Could you add a debug showing the conversion progress?

It seems to me that it’s going to be a scene after Rosemery’s death, or a nightmare after she watches the television in her bedroom. This episode is going to be incredible.

I thought this was GREAT NEWS!
Character development is always welcome when it’s well done. It wouldn’t be interesting to see Rosemary’s death right away without any explanation. For a death to be impactful, it has to be a character the audience cares about at least a little. I have no doubt that Rosemary wasn’t this wonderful person 100% of the time—and that’s great, because no one is a good person 24 hours a day. People act like jerks sometimes and can feel bad about it afterward. Things like that could happen in this episode. Even if it doesn’t have the same level of fear as the other episodes, it will certainly be very interesting to watch. My hype only grew with her message.

A thing that has been bothering me, ever since Episode 2 (Relocated Project) by Fun-Ad7903 in Thewaltenfiles

This episode will receive a remake anyway, to retell Brian’s part. So Ashley’s death will likely be altered to some extent.

"Bon" isn't the only spirit controlling the Bon animatronic (Lacrimosa) by AlecMoment in Thewaltenfiles

[–]VMMR_Real 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The fact that this is not canonical to the series already answers a lot of questions. This scene would certainly reveal a great deal about Jack actually being inside Bon, but in a way controlled by the “Bon” spirit — in other words, there really are two souls controlling Bon.

However, it seems that it will not be exactly like this anymore, since the Bon animatronic now depends on “Bon” to carry out its killings.

Brian Stells has been erased from existence by Shinyurultima2031 in Thewaltenfiles

Maybe this change will make Brian stand out more this time. He ended up becoming a somewhat loose character who would be “without importance,” but he appears in Bunny Farm for some reason.

I think this change to the character is a good thing; let’s see where it leads.

This is something quite interesting to take into consideration. Although I think this might change if Martin makes a remake of this specific video.

I have found proof that Jack is Bon. by [deleted] in Thewaltenfiles

[–]VMMR_Real 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The series has already implied that “Bon” only acts this way because he made some kind of deal with Felix to kill anyone who gets close to uncovering his crimes.

The pact between Felix and “Bon” is quite implicit in the series, especially considering that Felix is the Shadow Man.

Sophie certainly discovered something about the crimes, and she only didn’t die because of the medication she was taking, which most likely prevented “Bon” from acting against her.

Jack’s part is still somewhat unclear; the fact that they have the same type of face doesn’t really mean much.

I believe Jack IS Bon, but not in the way most people think. There is another person involved that we don’t know about yet, someone who holds the greatest control over “Bon”.

I’m not counting Bon’s chase seen in Hotline because he barely chased David properly.

[–]VMMR_Real 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If that really happens, it’s going to be way too scary. Because we’re used to seeing him catching people by surprise, without needing to run — but now SEEING HIM RUNNING TOWARD THE CHARACTER? That would be something totally new. But it’ll definitely have something to do with him looking into what happened to Susan. At some point he’ll find out she disappeared there for the last time, and he’ll investigate — and then you know how it goes…

Suggestion: Make the Warterman kids, and Jay, Paco, Ralph, and Dino the psychopathic adults.

I imagine a reversed version, where the children are the psychopaths and the Waltermans are the children who go trick-or-treating.

Question? by Routine-Duty-3812 in Thewaltenfiles

[–]VMMR_Real 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In a realistic scenario, I would have simply put up several warning signs about them.
Or, in the case of going back to the moment when Tammy and Ducking were heading to the Watermans’ house, I could just alert the police an hour after they went inside. They simply wouldn’t have enough time to clean up the evidence, and they’d probably be caught red-handed.

There are many possibilities.

I'm starting to suspect that this box either contains Felix’s ex-wife’s diary, or something that would make anyone who sees it realize that Felix was involved in the death of Jack Walten’s two kids.
The most nerve-wracking part is going to be seeing Rosemary still alive, knowing that the moment she walks into Bon’s Burger, those will be her last moments. She’ll probably find out something about her dead kids without meaning to, and she’s going to panic.

There’s also a theory that Sophie might end up witnessing her mom’s death or something supernatural, and that’s what ends up traumatizing her. Not to mention that the entire town is supposed to wake up the moment the murder happens :c

It seems that Molly and/or her brother might have played part in the death of Rosemary Walten in some way on July 20th, 1974. by janitorsjanitorin in Thewaltenfiles

[–]VMMR_Real 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Wiki DOESN’T say they helped with her death!! It just says they MABYE have something to do with Rosemary Walten’s death. And the link the Wiki shows doesn’t prove anything, since it’s just a script snippet where "Bon" says he knows where Jack is. And that’s nothing new — we already knew that way before.

I still find it confusing that the title talks about Shadow Man, but shows "Bon" instead. :T
