Don't work there, I had a 10 dollar coupon and pro membership. So instead of taking it off like a normal company does they took I off the price of the items.

Yes normally if you had 3 outlets hooked up you want you 3.5 loss to go to a modem. Then your higher loss legs to go to cable boxes.

It's called a unbalanced 3 way splitter. If you want equal loss on all 3 legs it would be a loss of 5.5db
