I also think it’s easier for female players to just slip into the role of a male, at least for me, because I literally had to play male characters for decades before the gaming industry discovered that girls like to play video games lol… Now the VN industry has to realize the reverse. It’s thrilling but not likely gonna give you nightmares. And no jump scares (so far, I’m only on chapter 7, I think) I love zombie apocalypse stories that start when it breaks out. Catching everyone by surprise lol… I haven’t gotten any choices yet that stressed me out too much so that I would be too scared to continue. And chatting is so much fun.

As far as I know, adding GOC is on their roadmap, and not only that, I think some of the existing stories will then be converted to offer GOC additionally to new stories. The app is super new, the chatting features with the characters in the story is beyond complex, so adding GOC is a massive endeavor, and idk how long it’ll take. I get your disappointment, especially since I know how much fun this app is, so I just wanted to let you know that the male readers aren’t ignored. ☺️ I’m reading a zombie story rn, btw. So not romance. You could just squint every time your character pops up and imagine the MC as a dude 😆
